Who Are We? JJ Miller, is a residential contractor based in Fort Mill, SC, just outside of Charlotte, NC. Barbara Sheridan is a realtor for the Allen Tate Realty Company. Both JJ & Barbara started their construction & real estate careers as they wanted to bring an alternative to the what has become the norm in both new home construction & selling. We cater to the first time home buyer and mid-market targeting price points between $200k and $500k.
